Finally, a way in which to express my views to the world. I think all “pets” should get their humans in on this... maybe we can cause a revolution! YES! All animals working together through sublime messages on a blog... they will never know until the last moment when we strike!! Of course, guinea pigs will be in charge, we’re the brains of the animal world...
*ten minutes later*
My human has taken away my copy of Animal Farm... something about being a bad influence on me. Can’t understand it personally... what’s wrong with being united under one animal, working together and all that? Communism I think she called it... sounds a good idea to me. I should think it would work perfectly. She was writing about the characters in the book being associated with certain historical humans... if so this Stalin seems an intelligent chap. I mean, I’ve only got up to the first couple of chapters, and with all that organisation I can’t see anything amiss there... Personally, I’ve nibbled on several of the pages and anything that tastes that good can't possibly be wrong!
She’s giving me that look again, like I couldn’t possibly understand, just because all I do is eat and sleep. I don’t. I also scheme...
Last week I spent most of my time gnawing the bars of the cage. She thinks this is me trying to escape. Hell no... why would I? I mean, I've got all the food i could possibly want right here. No.. Its quite amusing really. I’m across the room and I completely ignore her telling me off so she has to physically get up, walk across and rattle the bars. I run off to the other side of the run, and continue after she’s sat down. Fantastic really. It means she gets absolutely nothing done. I’m just making sure she stays fit. I mean, she sits on her ass all day playing games or studying, eating biscuits and crisps. I’m making sure she gets her daily dose of exercise. She puts that poor hamster in the ball to run around inanely... why shouldn’t she do something similar!
Hehe.

Explanation of the blog/Introducing Bosley

Searching the web, and just from talking to people, I’ve just realised how popular blogging is! Everyone seems to have interesting lives, ideas, anecdotes etc. that they wish to share with the world...regardless of if the world wants to hear it or not!
I am pretty crap at any sort of diary keeping, I always have been... and I never thought I'd have anything interesting to put in a blog.
This blog came about after a conversation with some close friends who have their own blogs, which you can find at
http://www.wizardfest.co.uk/
and
http://www.freckledmoon.co.uk
I mentioned in jest about being rubbish at blogging, and how writing one about my guinea-pigs point of view on the world would be far more interesting... they basically said “hell yeah, do it”...so here it is.
Without further ado, I introduce you, the reader, to Bosley. Bosley is a male, black and white Abyssinian guinea-pig, who I’ve had since September 2008, from 12 weeks old. He is incredibly nosey, food-orientated, noisy, bolshie, nippy, cuddly and, quite frankly, the cutest little pet ever.
This blog is not intended to be taken seriously, although my mood for the day will probably influence his “voice” and opinions. Please feel free to comment bearing this in mind. It’s just a way of me attempting blogging without having to talk about myself or my interests directly, which I feel a bit uncomfortable doing at this moment in time.
Thanks for reading, Vicki (Bosleys’ “mum”)
